    The kids club was a huge hit with my children, keeping them entertained for hours. Our family room was spacious and the kitchen was super convenient, great to cook some of our meals. Also loved the complimentary vouchers we received upon arrival.

    Had a really good stay with my family members, we spent 5 nights here, everything was fabulous. The staff were delightfully helpful and helped me with private parking. The service was great, including an easy check-in.

Kids will love the vibrant pools and splash zone, although the colder water temperature in the splash pad was a concern.     The resort has great facilities to entertain children. We checked in late at night and were greeted by Ivan, a very friendly and informative security officer who made us feel welcome.

    Cleanliness of the apartment was below average and could be described as dirty, but tidy. There were no cleaning products/supplies in the apartment to enable self cleaning. The on-site pizzaria was of average standard and the on-site cafe was also non-impressive.

    Good sized rooms, good atmosphere, great gym. Lovely pools. Very pleasant outlook into the gardens, well maintained.

    Stairs as we had our elderly mother with us and it was difficult for her to get up and down. Kitchen could do with a few more cooking equipment. e.g. electric frypan.

    Great resort to stay at with a family. We have young children and secured a ground floor apartment. Excellent facilities, including the super swimming pools with toddler areas and secure.

    We would return to the resort in future as the layout / facilities available are perfect for a family but would request a different room as our room was getting quite tired and is due for refurbishment.

    The kids had a blast with the pool and water park, both fantastic for family entertainment. The spacious apartment was well-equipped and the comfortable beds ensured a decent night's sleep despite some noise from outside. The kitchen utensils were outdated, and a few items were dirty upon arrival.
